Dr. Jayanta Ghosh
Founder & CEO
Waymark Invincible Pvt. Ltd spearheaded by Dr. Jayanta Ghosh, in memory of his mother, with the coined name “WAYMARK” and to fulfil his passion of working on empowerment to youth of our society with career guidance, scholarship and life and business skills training. He aims empower and transform Indian youth through enhancing skills, find new ways of thinking and problem solving, skills for group collaboration and co-operation, develop a greater sense of self-awareness, time and people management, values, and ethics of life.
As a second-generation family business owner, with substantial years of business experience with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. he has been honoured with several awards from time to time by IOCL, where his work is recognized and appreciated. A MBA by qualification with a specialisation in Finance, an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta) in “Senior Management Program”, he has also been awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration in the field of growth of Solar energy in India from the prestigious S.P. Jain School of Global Management, Sydney, Australia with number of national and international journal publication and on prestigious Public sector undertaking journal like, KALEIDO SCOPE and other publication like SCOPUS and SAGE journal publications etc. He is a certified “Jack Canfield trainer” on the “SUCCESS PRINCIPLES”.
Dr. Jayanta is also a TEDx speaker where he introduced and shared his own fundamentals which congruence with his doctoral research.
